Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 80z plain flour
  • 80z cornmeal/polenta
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bottle of Bitter & Twisted

Preparation

  1. Cut up chicken and dip in beer.
  2. Put flour and cornmeal into a brown paper bag, adding seasonings to taste.
  3. Put chicken pieces in bag one at a time and shake.
  4. Fry in lard or oil in a heavy based frying pan or wok for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
