Fried Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 80z plain flour
- 80z cornmeal/polenta
- salt and pepper
- 1 bottle of Bitter & Twisted
Preparation
- Cut up chicken and dip in beer.
- Put flour and cornmeal into a brown paper bag, adding seasonings to taste.
- Put chicken pieces in bag one at a time and shake.
- Fry in lard or oil in a heavy based frying pan or wok for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
